3. Payment Terms

- Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one service visit.
5. Liability and Insurance
Our service provider maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for liability and accidents. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or natural occurrences that affect lawn health.
6. Customer Responsibilities

- Remove any obstacles that may hinder the service process.
- Inform the service provider of any special instructions or hazards on the property.
7. Equipment and Materials
We use high-quality, environmentally friendly equipment and materials. Clients requesting additional services may be subject to extra charges based on the materials required.
7.1 Maintenance
Regular maintenance of equipment is performed to ensure efficient and safe service delivery. Any malfunction or delay caused by equipment failure will be communicated promptly to the client.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Governing Law
